Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from the web portal. If you encounter any issues, please contact us at support@sypha.ai. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Refund Eligibility

Usage-Based Charges:

• AI API costs paid to third-party providers: Non-refundable (contact the provider directly)
• Used credits: Non-refundable once consumed

What We Cannot Refund

• Costs you pay directly to AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
• Accounts terminated for terms violations
• Used credits or completed services

Enterprise Agreements

Custom refund terms may apply per signed agreement.
