Subscription cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from the web portal. If you encounter any issues, please contact us at support@sypha.ai. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Refund eligibility
Usage-based charges:
- AI API costs paid to third-party providers: non-refundable (contact the provider directly)
- used credits: non-refundable once consumed
What we cannot refund
- costs you pay directly to AI providers, such as OpenAI or Anthropic
- accounts terminated for Terms violations
- used credits or completed services
Enterprise agreements
Custom refund terms may apply per signed agreement.
