How does additional usage work?
Beyond your plan’s included usage, pay as you go for the credits you consume, with manual or automatic recharge. Purchased credits do not expire.
What happens if I exceed my plan’s usage?
Upgrade, wait for the next billing cycle, enable pay as you go, or add your own API key to keep using premium models without interruption.
How are Teams seats billed?
Per active seat per month. Add or remove seats at any time from the admin dashboard and billing is prorated.
Do prices include GST?
Yes. Prices in Indian rupees include GST, and invoices show it inside the amount you paid rather than adding it on top. Add a GSTIN at checkout and it is checked before you pay.
Can I bring my own keys?
Yes, on free and paid plans. With your own keys, requests go directly from your machine to your provider under that provider’s terms.
How do I cancel?
Cancel at any time from your account settings, at least 24 hours before renewal. Paid access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Do on-premises deployments pay per token?
No. Self-hosted open-source models carry no per-token cost. On-premises deployments are priced as a flat annual contract sized to the deployment.
Is there a free trial?
The Free plan is free forever with your own keys and needs no credit card. Paid plans add the Sypha gateway, Auto Mode, the CLI and team features.
