Subscription Cancellation

How to Cancel : Email us at support@sypha.ai to cancel your subscription

Timing : You must cancel at least 48 hours before your next billing cycle

Access : You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period

Refund Eligibility

Usage-Based Charges:

AI API costs paid to third-party providers: Non-refundable (contact the provider directly)
Used credits : Non-refundable once consumed

Refund Process:

Email support@sypha.ai
Include your account email and reason for refund
Processing time: 5-10 business days
If eligible, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

What We Cannot Refund

Costs you pay directly to AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
Accounts terminated for terms violations
Used credits or completed services

Enterprise Agreements

Custom refund terms may apply per signed agreement.
